At a glance
I am a clinically qualified and registered psychodynamic psychotherapist. I have completed a five year clinical qualification in psychodynamic psychotherapy
This rigorous training took place at the British Psychotherapy Foundation and WFP Therapy accredited by the British Psychotherapy Council and UK Council for Psychotherapists (UKCP)
I am accredited with a number of professional regulating bodies including the UKCP.
My Professional Experience
I have worked within a range of different mental health settings over the years. This includes working in the NHS within the South London and Maudsley NHS Trust, one of the UK’s largest trusts for mental health services. I also have experience working in mental health in charitable organisations such as the Prison Advice and Care Trust, delivering emotional wellbeing and psycho-education work within HMPPS’s probation service.

I have worked within a number of therapy clinics and have extensive clinical experience working with people from all walks of life and backgrounds, practicing both online and in person.
Prior to qualifying as a therapist, I have many years’ experience working within the corporate world, within financial services and management consultancy, living and working internationally.
Registrations & Qualifications
I am accredited by a number of the main psychotherapy professional bodies and adhere to their ethical and professional standards.
These include the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) and the Foundation for Psychotherapy and Counselling (FPC)
