My therapeutic approach
Looking to find insight and address your concerns for the long term?
I offer psychodynamic psychotherapy in which I have extensive clinical training. It is a form of talking therapy which is non directive and is particularly helpful in exploring some of the deeper roots of our feelings, thoughts and experiences, and how we relate to ourselves and others.

In particular, psychodynamic psychotherapy helps to explore aspects of your experience that are out of your immediate awareness. Together, we help you to build insight and capacity to cope not only about your present concerns, but also help you understand deeper meanings that may lie beneath. In particular, we also explore how experiences, relationships and events elswhere in your life may shape your response to areas of life in which you are currently struggling.
By helping you to join the dots, and equipping you with this deep awareness, psychodynamic psychotherapy becomes a powerful, long lasting therapeutic approach. It equips you with long term knowledge and understanding about yourself, and a toolkit of inner resources to help you navigate life's challenges.
